DayZ: Update merzt Fehler aus

Die Macher von DayZ haben ein neues Update veröffentlicht um weitere Bugs zu beseitigen.

DayZ hat bereits ein neues Update 1.06 im November 2019 erhalten und somit auch Maus & Tastatur-Unterstützung auf der Xbox One und PlayStation 4 bekommen. Nun wurde ein Bugfix-Update veröffentlicht. Ein Update zum Update sozusagen. Dieses beinhaltet einige Bugfixes zu Fehlern, die sich mit dem neuen Update eingeschlichen haben.

The new Update 1.06 introduces the long-awaited Bear and brings fishing into the game. New weapons were added, like the Vaiga and BK-43 shotguns, the Blaze rifle, and the Kolt 1911.
We also implemented White-Listing, meaning that server owners will have control over who plays on their server using the add/remove functionality.
Console players are getting new tools, as we are enabling the mouse and keyboard support on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Anyone who owns the Livonia DLC, will be able to freely switch between Chernarus and Livonia servers, with the same character.

  • Tweaked: Slightly increased the melee damage of the infected
  • Tweaked: The bandage dressing can be used four times (instead of two)

        Ahh okay… ich habe irgendwie das Gefühl, dass das Spiel mindestens 3 Jahre zu spät für die Konsole gekommen ist….

          Naja das könnte man ganz allgemein vom Spiel behaupten
          Aber das Prinzip ist zeitlos
          U man kann alleine genau so viel Spaß haben wie in der Gruppe

            Das Prinzip ist so dermaßen simpel und zeitlos, dass ich es seit der mod übelst Feier ( und dich bin ich natürlich nicht blind, das Game hat einige bugs/glitches )

            Was mich persönlich oft stört ist eher die Tatsache, dass die Entwickler für Dinge kritisiert werden, die so halt nicht stimmen, Siehe Entwicklung.
            Dem devs wird vorgeworfen, 6-7 Jahre entwickelt zu haben… an einem Game. Das die devs aber insgesamt die DayZ Stand-alone ganze 3 mal neu geschrieben haben ( den Code ), vergessen die meisten ( 2 mal in relativer Zeit früh beendet, weil unzufrieden mit dem Zwischenergebnis und neu begonnen… diese 2 neu versuche waren allerdings nicht öffentlich zu testen und wurde nur nachträglich bekannt in einem dev Stream ). Bei der DayZ Community immer wieder traurig, dass davon kaum welche drüber Bescheid wissen.

            DayZ ist kompliziert, nutzt ja die hauseigene Engine. Andere Engines könnten DayZ schlicht nicht so gut darstellen in den meisten Fällen, einfach, weil sie dafür nicht gebaut/ausgelegt sind.

      Jap, habe aktuell wieder viel Spaß mit dem Game. Ändert aber nichts daran, dass es eigentlich unterirdisch schlecht läuft. Habe z.B. gestern erst gemerkt, dass wenn ins Scope schaut und wieder rausgeht, die Umgebung jedes Mal neu geladen wird. Solche Fehler sollten nach so langer Zeit eigentlich nicht mehr präsent sein.

        Jo das ist weil das Zielfernrohr simuliert wird u nicht einfach der Ausschnitt des Bildes vergrößert wird wie es sonst ist

        Da hat die one einfach zu wenig vram

          Die Schuld ist eher beim Entwickler zu suchen und nicht bei der Xbox. Andere schaffen es ja auch das vernünftig umzusetzen.

          Da haben die Entwickler einfach zu wenig Skill. 😉

            ich glaube es ist irrsinnig schwierig es so wie sie es bei dayz gemacht haben

            du hast ja 2 unterschiedlich gerenderte BIlder wenn du im Zoom bist

              Das ist korrekt. Der renderer benötigt weitere Optimierung, ist aber gar nicht mal so einfach ständig die Entfernungen neu zu laden… an sich funktioniert der nämlich recht gut.
              Es ist halt wie in anderen Games ( Minecraft zb ), die even nur das rendern, was du auch wirklich siehst… mit dem unangenehmen Folgen beim schnellen hin und her wechseln zwischendurch.

              Da kann man die Entwickler echt nicht für blamen, daran ist schlicht die Hardware „schuld“. Andere Games benutzen daher ja auch, so wie du schon erwähnt hast, andere technische Hilfsmittel ( die ich bzw absolut nicht mag ).

      DayZ ist für mich… schwierig zu erklären.

      Es bietet eine Multiplayer Sandbox ( nicht zerstörbar ) Welt, bei der es im Prinzip darum geht, dass du dich von nichts hoch lootest, Abenteuer, Feuergefechte und sonst was erlebst, am Ende stirbst ( früher oder später ) und wieder von neu beginnst.

      Hat was von einem rogue-like Game. Mach was aus deinem Leben, aus der Erfahrung die du bis dorthin gesammelt hast. Ob PvPer, Rollenspieler, oder Basenbauer ( kann ich aktuell zumindest auf offiziellen Servern nicht empfehlen ) spielst du in dieser Welt, setzt dir selber Ziele, spiele, wie es dir gefällt ( viele schießen lieber, als zu reden ).

      DayZ kann frustrieren, gerade durch die vielen bugs/glitches, die in Spiel vorhanden sind und da DayZ Open world ist… Open worlds sind sehr anfällig für bugs/glitches, weil soviele Mechaniken und Systeme wie ein Uhrwerk funktionieren müssten. Klappt nicht immer.

      DayZ ist und bleibt einzigartig. Für mich auch Konkurrenzlos, ähnlich wie zb ein GTA oder Pokémon und co ist. DayZ brachte mich mit Arma und Flashpoint zu den Hardcore Shooter, weg von Battlefield, CoD und co.

      Probier es mal aus, aber sei gewarnt, am Anfang zu sterben, zu verdursten oder zu verhungern kann vorkommen. Das gehört quasi zur Lernkurve.
