Das neue Dashboard Design für die Xbox One geht in eine weitere Testphase. Teilnehmer im Alpha Skip Ahead haben dazu ein neues Update erhalten und können wieder ihr Feedback abgeben.
Im Xbox Insider Update ist außerdem eine Korrektur enthalten, bei der Nutzer kein TV über den USB Tuner schauen konnten. Weitere Fehlerkorrekturen fanden in den Bereichen Store und System satt.

Fixes for Alpha Skip Ahead
We’ve heard your feedback, and we’re happy to announce the following fixes have been implemented for this 2004 build:
OneGuide
- Fixed an issue where some users were unable to watch TV via USB tuner.
Store
- Fixed the issue where Autoplay settings would revert when the console was updated.
System
- Users should no longer see their screen dimming when watching streaming content.
- Various updates to properly reflect local languages across the console.
Known Issues for Alpha Skip Ahead
We understand some issues have been listed in previous Xbox Insider Release Notes. These issues aren’t being ignored, but it will take Xbox engineers more time to find a solution. We appreciate your patience at this time!
Audio
- Users who have Dolby Atmos enabled and console display settings set to 120hz with 36 bits per pixel (12-bit) are experiencing loss of Dolby Atmos audio in some situations.
- Workaround: Disable 120hz or set Video Fidelity to 30 bits per pixel (10-bit) or lower.
Dolby Access
- Users are unable to complete the setup for Dolby Atmos in the app and the app is not recognizing Dolby Atmos headphones
- Note: This is an issue with the Dolby Access app and the app developers are aware and investigating.
My Games & Apps
- Users have reported seeing an “Xbox Events” app in their collection.
- Note: This app will be used to experiment with a new Events experience to showcase in-game events. We’ll have more to share when the feature is ready for Preview.
Home (Experiment)
- Some users may see a different Store icon on the dashboard than what normally appears.
System
- Some users have reported the console shutting down unexpectedly while using Netflix.
- Note: The console may take longer to reboot/shut down than normal. This is expected behavior, please do not power off the console manually. There is essential information being collected to investigate the cause of the issue.

Voice Commands
- Some users are reporting powering on their console via Google Assistant or Alexa is giving an error, but then powers the console on after a delay.
Xbox Console Companion App
- Some users are reporting being unable to stream their Xbox console to their Windows PC via the app.
Profile Color
- Sometimes users may encounter the incorrect Profile color when powering on the console.

Ich habe die Variante B abbekommen, da gibt es nur noch den Button für Meine Spiele und Apps. Mixer, Community und so sind unterhalb angeordnet. Gefällt mir nicht so gut wie Variante A mit den vier Buttons für Game Pass, Community, Store und Mixer.
Schneller und snappier ist es aber auf jeden Fall.
Bei der Variante B kann man aber die Mixer, Store und so weiter entfernen
Ja, das stimmt, aber wenn man Community z.B. trotzdem möchte hängt das blöde unten dran.
Bekommen dieses alle Alphas das neue Dash?

Es gibt drei Gruppen Variante A und B und eine Kontrollgruppe (aktuelles Dashboard). Alle Alpha und Skip Ahead Insider bekommen per Zufall eine der drei Gruppen.

A ist die Version vom letzten Test mit den vier Buttons und B ist nur der Meine Spiele und Apps Button und die anderen Funktionen unten.

Ich habe das von Gruppe B bekommen mit der Großen Kachel und dem Rest unten als Pin und das ist mal echt Mist da ist das von Gruppe A um Längen besser und sinnvoller
Bin auch mal gespannt wann das allgemein verfügbar wird! Gibt es eine Release-Ankündigung oder Erfahrungen wie lange das i.d.R. Dauert?
In der Versionsnummer kann man immer sehen für wann das Update für die Öffentlichkeit geplant ist: hier ist es „2004“. Das steht für 2020, April. Dauert also noch^^.
Es kann natürlich jederzeit auch schon früher veröffentlicht werden.

Ich hatte Gruppe A und fand es eigentlich sehr gut, war sehr handlich, das System fühlte sich auch nicht so laggi an. Ich habe mich gewundert als es auf einmal weg war und war enttäuscht das alte laggi dashboard wieder zu haben…
Na dann bin i aber gespannt druff, welche Variante dann letztendlich für alle kommen wird. Hauptsache es läuft geschmeidig.
