Im Juli stellte Microsoft bereits die Integration des Discord-Sprachchats für Xbox-Konsolen vor. Jetzt ist die neue Funktion für alle nutzbar, die eine Xbox Series X|S oder eines der Xbox One-Modelle besitzen.
Wie Eric Voreis, Principal Product Manage für Player Experience and Platforms, schreibt, könnt ihr „mit diesem Update nun mit jedem auf Discord über Sprachkanäle oder Gruppenanrufe direkt von eurer Konsole aus chatten und euch so ganz einfach mit Freunden auf dem Handy, der Xbox und dem PC verbinden.“
So seht ihr etwa auch, wer in eurem Gespräch ist und gerade spricht, während ihr auf eurer Xbox spielt. Auch die Einstellung des Tons und der Wechsel zwischen Discord Voice und Xbox-Spielchat ist beim Spielen möglich.
Ruft einfach die Discord-App auf und verknüpft euer Discord-Konto mit eurer Xbox, um loszulegen. Auch wenn ihr bereits zuvor Konten verknüpft habt, ist dieser Schritt notwendig. Danach könnt ihr loslegen.

Discord gefällt mir sehr gut und für Crossplay ist das auch eine hervorragende Neuigkeit.

Gibt es für die Xbox auch eine Discord App? Kann die nicht finden? Oder funzt der Sprachchat über Xbox über einen anderen Weg?
Du benötigst die Discord und Xbox App auf deinem Handy/Smartphone. In beiden müssen die jeweiligen Konten verknüpft sein. Sprich, in der Discord App dein Xbox Konto und in der Xbox App dein Discord Konto. Waren in beide Apps die Verknüpfungen bereits vorhanden, darfst du sie erneut verknüpfen, frag lieber nicht warum…
Anschließend öffnest du deine Discord App, betrittst deinen Wunschserver/Channel und übergibst die Voice Geschichte an die Xbox App die dann auf der Konsole den Channel beitritt/anzeigt oder so ähnlich…
Bei mir hat es nicht funktioniert, da ich ständig die Fehlermeldung erhalte, das wohl bei der Verknüpfung was schief gelaufen ist.
Eine stinknormale App Integration und Anmeldung per QR Code wäre tatsächlich wünschenswert…

Link your Discord account to your Xbox
To get started, open the guide by pressing the Xbox button on your console, then go to Parties & chats and click Try Discord Voice on Xbox. You’ll see an option to scan a QR code. The QR code will take you to the Discord and Xbox apps to connect and set up a two-way link between your Discord account and Xbox.
If you’ve previously linked your Discord account to your Xbox, you will have to re-link. To link your Discord account you must be at least 13 years old and other parental controls may apply.
Once your Discord account is linked to Xbox, you can hop in a channel you’d like to talk in using Discord just as you normally would.
On the Discord mobile app, you’ll see a new option to Join on Xbox. At this point, you’ll need the Xbox app to transfer voice chat from your Discord account to your Xbox.
If you have it installed, the Xbox app will launch and let you connect the Discord Voice chat to your Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One console. Discord’s safety standards will apply when chatting on Xbox consoles with Discord Voice.

Freut mich, das DC endlich auch auf der XBox verfügbar ist!
Hab das vorhin mal getestet mit jemandem aus der Playstation Plattform allerdings hatte er kein Spielsound nur Sprachchat übers Headset bei mir wiederum lief Spielsound plus Sprachchat übers Headset wie man es auch übers Xbox Partys kennt… Spiel und Sprachlautstärke konnte ich ebenfalls nur übers Smartphone einstellen… Wäre schön wenn man dies direkt über den Xbox Guide Button machen könnte… Da geht sicherlich noch mehr.
Wenn ich dafür nicht extra mein Handy bräuchte, würde ich es auch nutzen
