Im Interview von 343 Industries mit Game Informer kam es zu einem Missverständnis, was dazu führte, dass angenommen wurde, dass man den Co-op von Halo 5: Guardians auch ohne Xbox LIVE Gold spielen kann. Auch wir haben darüber berichtet. Dies stimmt aber nicht. Xbox LIVE Gold wird weiterhin benötigt, was der Entwickler Joshington State nun auf der offiziellen Website klarstellten.
Damit aber jeder dennoch online alles ausprobieren kann, liegt jedem Halo 5: Guardians Spiel eine 14tägige Xbox LIVE Gold Testmitgliedschaft bei.
We’re excited to see all the amazing fan responses to the Halo 5: Guardians Game Informer cover story. The team has been working extremely hard to get us to this point, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to see all the positivity out of the gate around our focus on co-op, the introduction of Blue Team, and, of course, the return of Nathan Fillion as Buck.
I need take a moment to make an important correction on something we miscommunicated in the story. I misspoke during the interview when stating that online co-op campaign would be supported with an Xbox Live Silver account. Co-op campaign will require Xbox Live Gold to play. I want to extend my sincere apologies to our fans, and to Game Informer, for this error and any confusion it has caused.
That said, it is important to us that fans have the opportunity to play the full co-op campaign experience and we are doing this by providing a 14-day Xbox Live Gold trial with Halo 5: Guardians.

Hätte mich auch gewundert
Wäre das denn überhaupt möglich? Multiplayer ohne Gold? Mir fällt kein Spiel ein in dem das geht, also kann ich die Verwirrung darum auch nicht verstehen, denn es wäre doch dann als eine Neuheit erwähnt worden.
Lips war das einzig mirnbekannte Game das man Online spielen konnte ohne Gold. Könnte man ob man es will ist die andere Sache 🙂
Ich sag nur: Du hast ein kumpel mit dem du Coop spielen willst? Er hat aber kein gold?! Du aber schon. Kein thema, lad ihn in deine familie ein und schwups hat er auch XBL Rechte zum Online Gamen. Aber nur auf der ONE.
Ich hab noch keine one ist aber dank meiner Gamescor auf dem weg zu mit 😉
Daher die Frage: Ist das mit dem Gold auf der one wirklich wieder so einfach wie früher auf der 360 – sprich alle aus der "Familie" haben Gold auch auf anderen ons's?
