In Gears Tactics müsst ihr in der Rolle von Gabriel Diaz, dem Vater von Kate Diaz, ein Squad zusammenstellen, um euch auf eine gefährliche Mission zu begeben. Es gilt Verschwörungen der Regierung aufzudecken und eine Horde Locust unter der Führung von Ukkon zurückzuschlagen.
Das rundenbasierte Strategiespiel hat mit seiner Konsolen-Version den Gold-Status erreicht und überrascht euch mit einem neuen Spielmodus und weiteren freischaltbaren Erfolgen.
Über alle Plattformen hinweg wird es ein Update geben, dass euch einen neuen Spielmodus anbietet, in welchen ihr Seite an Seite mit dem ikonischen Begleiter „Jack“ unterwegs sein werdet. Dazu wird es neue Ausrüstung für eure Charaktere, neue Gegner und eine verbesserte Steuerung mit dem Xbox-Controller geben.
Der Begleiter Jack wird als Teil eures Squads mit einzigartigen Fähigkeiten daherkommen, um eure übrigen Mitglieder mit Status-Effekten zu verstärken oder andere Gegner für kurze Zeit zu übernehmen.
Mit diesem neuen Spielmodus wird es insgesamt 11 neue Erfolge zum Freischalten geben. Somit steigt die Gesamtzahl an erspielbaren Gamerscore auf satte 1.400 Punkte an.
Gears Tactics kann im Microsoft Store für 69,99 € vorbestellt werden. Vorbesteller und Spieler, die das Spiel bis zum 04. Dezember 2020 spielen, erhalten zudem das Trashball Cole Charakter-Paket. Dieses Enthält Augustus Cole als spielbaren Charakter sowie sein Trashball-Rüstungs-Set.
Gears Tactics steht euch ab dem 10. November 2020 für Xbox One und Xbox Series X|S zur Verfügung. Das Spiel ist bereits im Game Pass für PC erhältlich und wird ab der Veröffentlichung auch im Xbox Game Pass für die Konsole inklusive sein.

Ich dachte Jack wird automatisch sofort in die normale Kampagne integriert und hatte Bedenken, ob es dann vielleicht leichter wird. So ist es gut gelöst und man kann selber überlegen ob man mit oder ohne Jack spielt.
Ich freue mich so auf das Spiel, das wird der Hammer!?
Ich werde es definitv anspielen, aber bin mir noch ungewiss ob ich es beenden werde, da ich wasteland 3 bis jetzt auch nur angefangen habe
