Bugs in Hülle und Fülle, so könnte man das Xbox One Dashboard Beta-Programm aktuell am besten beschreiben, doch mit jedem Update werden es weniger. Trotzdem ist die Liste der bekannten Bugs noch immer sehr lang. Wer also beim Dashboard Beta Programm mitmachen möchte, der sollte dies berücksichtigen und sich die folgenden Fehler genauer anschauen.
HOW TO GET IT
• If your console is in Instant-On mode, it will download and install the update and reboot to standby.
• NOTE: Once the update is available, you can manually begin the update by launching the Guide and navigating to All Settings > System > Console info & updates.

• Certain content (games, apps, DLC) purchased in the new Store may only be available on consoles enrolled in the latest Preview update. This means…
• Games purchased on a console running the latest Preview update can only be played on that console or other consoles running the latest Preview update.
• Games purchased via Xbox.com can be played on any console.
• Games purchased on a console running the previous update can be played on any console.
• Certain parental control features aren’t functioning appropriately in the current build. As a result, we encourage users to exercise caution when letting children access a console that is using the latest Xbox One update until these issues are resolved.
• We’ve added several settings that are already found on Windows today. These include SmartScreen Filter, which sends URLs you visit in apps to Microsoft to check against a list of potentially harmful sites, and advertising ID, which helps Microsoft present you with more personalized ads in Universal Windows Apps. You can choose to turn these off and manage your preferences for how Xbox One uses your information in Settings.

• Game and App Saved Data
When launching games and apps, you may encounter a „We can’t save more data for this game or app“ error, which sometimes causes the game or app to fail to launch.
Workaround: Hard reset the console.
GENERAL ISSUES
• Xbox Universal Store
• At this time it’s not possible to redeem a 5×5 code for Xbox Live Gold on the console. Please use Xbox.com or another console not enrolled in the latest Xbox One update to redeem a 5×5 code for Xbox Live Gold.
• When purchasing in-game currencies, the currencies sometimes fail to appear in-game. Games impacted include World of Tanks, Overwatch, and Call of Duty: Black Ops III.
• Store pages for purchased games and apps sometimes still show a “Buy” button rather than an “Install” button. If you encounter this issue, please submit feedback via Report a problem.
• The Coming Soon section is not currently available in the Store, and will be enabled in a future update.
• Games and Apps
You may encounter a black screen followed by an 0x87e105dc error when launching games or apps.
• Movies & TV
When launching Movies & TV and attempting to play a video, the menu may obstruct part of the screen.
• Payments and Billing
At this time it’s not possible to add, edit, or remove payment options on the console. Please use Xbox.com or another console not enrolled in Redstone to manage payment options.
• Profile
At this time it’s not possible to purchase a Gamertag change on the console. Please use Xbox.com or another console not enrolled in the latest Xbox One update to change your Gamertag.
• Cortana
• Cortana may take a longer than expected amount of time to use commands like slow, pause, play, mute, and take screenshot.
• Cortana may occasionally fail to recognize a command and direct you instead to a web search.
• Sometimes Cortana reports a poor network connection, when the network connection is fine.
• Searching the OneStore via Cortana sometimes causes her to search the same keyword multiple times.
• See-It-Say-It sometimes fails to turn on when first launching an app, but will turn on after using a voice command from within the app.
• Cortana may fail to recognize the command “Hey Cortana, send a message to <friend>” and be unable to send messages to friends.
• Pins
• After downloading an app update, the app and all associated content pins will become unpinned from the dashboard. This only occurs once for each app after downloading the latest Xbox One update.
• Pinning content from within apps (TV shows, etc.) is no longer supported.
• My Games & Apps
You may encounter an error when attempting to load Ready to Install with a large number of digital games and apps.
• Microsoft Edge
While playing a video, pressing the left thumbstick to enter full screen mode causes Microsoft Edge to crash.
Workaround: Use the on-screen full screen button to enter full screen mode.
• NowTV
The NowTV app may fail to launch.

Beta Zustand hin oder her – aber was manche(!) Bugs anbetrifft, sollte sich MS teilweise wirklich schämen, was es unter die Leute bringt. Im Alpha-Stadium könnte bzw. müsste man intern zu Recht und notwendigerweise ja noch sagen: „Leute, DAS müssen wir erst mal fixen – vorher geht das nicht in die Beta“. Aber wie kann man ESSENTIELLE Dinge in eine Beta geben, die einem a) das System zerschießen oder b) die Box bis zum nächsten Update fast unbrauchbar machen??? War bei der „Ur-Beta“ damals genauso, als man zum ersten Mal das neue Dashboard ausprobieren konnte. Spiele wurden zu 95% erst gar nicht gestartet, die Box stürzte alle paar Funktionsaufrufe ab usw., und zwar bei Tausenden von Usern. Wie kann man sowas nicht bemerken, frage ich mich immer wieder??? Immerhin handelt es sich ja hier um eine einheitliche(!) Hardware und nicht um 285 verschiedene mögliche PC-Konfigurationen. MS sorgt immer wieder für heftiges Kopfschütteln! Dass der Teufel generell im Detail steckt und erst während einer Betaphase entdeckt wird, ist ja völlig normal – aber was MS hier teilweise unter die Tester schmeißt, das wäre woanders Abmahnung und sogar Kündigung der Programmierer wert…
@SyNt4x 3rRoR 72, auch bei mir hatte das System, besonders der Store oder das Starten von Games Probleme. Aber ich bin der Meinung, dass man als „Preview Teilnehmer“ damit im allgemeinen rechnen sollte. Schliesslich ist es eine „Preview“. Eine Preview kann bereits ab einem Alpha Stadium erfolgen. Sollte es einem wirklich so viel Stress verursachen, wie in deinem Fall, dann gibt es zwei ganz einfache Lösungen. Lösung 1: Man kauft sich eine zweite Xbox One auf der das Preview Update nicht installiert ist und kann somit mit der zweiten Xbox One mit vollem Tatendrang, Microsoft helfen und auch Feedback über xbox.uservoice.com geben. Lösung 2: Man geht aus dem Preview Programm raus 😉 Schlussendlich ist der Sinn und Zweck einer Preview, dem Xbox Team Feedback zu geben und das kann man auf xbox.uservoice.com wirklich tun 🙂
Nachtrag: nach dem aktuellen Update z. B. werden in der „Bereit zum Installieren“ jetzt nicht mehr die XBox 360 Spiele vom AK Programm angezeigt; gestern dafür noch plötzlich z. B. alle EA Access Vault Titel. Verschmerzbar, aber sowas sollte man doch nun wirklich vorher bemerken! Trotz „Known Issues“ wohlgemerkt. Die sollte man wirklich als Erstes fixen, wie ich finde. Wenn ich einen neuen Prototyp eines Auto unter die Testfahrer von Subunternehmen bringe, dann nützt es herzlich wenig, wenn ich wochenlang auf den Punkt „Tank verliert 50% des Inhalts“ hinweise, es aber erst mal hinten anstelle – stattdessen aber immer neue Lackierungen ausprobiere.
Syntex nur weil es deine Xbox One zerschiesst, bedeutet das nicht das andere das selbe problem haben. Du bist einer der wenigen die dieses problem haben, bei Halo wars 2 soll die beta auch zu abstürzen oder einem einfrieren kommen bis heute noch nicht erlebt. Also schalt ein gang runter es ist eine Beta und man wird in der klausel gewarnt. Du kannst ja austreten weil andere dieses beta Problem eben nicht haben. Ich bin bisher sehr zufrieden mit allem und hin und wieder gibt es kleine Probleme aber davor wurde ich ja gewarnt deshalb muss man fur eine beta Geduld haben oder eben Microsoft kontaktieren..
keiner ist gezwungen an der preview teilzunehmen und wenn man meint teilnehmen zu müssen sollte man nicht meckern denn man soll ja mit fehlern rechnen ist nicht umsonst eine preview… ist man unzufrieden kann man jederzeit austreten also wo ist das problem? eine medaille hat immer zwei seiten es gibt immer Vorteile und nachteile–nur vorteile aber keine nachteile gibt es nicht!
Ich finde nirgends in meinem Text ein „Gemeckere“ oder etwas, das mir empfehlen dürfte, „einen Gang runter“ zu schalten. Ich kritisiere lediglich gewisse Punkte, die m. E. ausgemerzt werden sollten, bevor(!) man ein Beta-Update unter die Leute bringt. Zudem habe ich nirgends geschrieben, dass es MEINE Box zerschossen hat, sondern dass gewisse Features bzw. Bugs ALLE Boxen betreffen. Also bitte etwas genauer lesen 😉
Ich hab seit einigen Updates (2 oder 3) das mein kinect startet dann wenn Kiste da kinect aus ist nix hilft ausser Stecker raus von kinect dann wieder rein fertig aber beim ganzen kabelgedönse nervig
Ein Kumpel von mir hat das Problem auch immer wieder bei den Updates,ich hatte sie hingegen noch nie.Du bist auf jeden Fall nicht allein damit.
Solange sie nicht die XBox-Sprachbefehle optional machen ist Kinect bei mir aber eh auf Sparflamme…
Manche Leute vetstehen den Sinn des Preview Programms einfach nicht. Da bringt auch das Diskutieren nicht viel! So sinnlos wie mit ner Prostituierten über Geschlechtskrankheiten zu diskutieren. Die meisten sind doch nur im Programm, weil sie die neusten Funktionen früher als andere haben wollen und nicht um zu helfen, die Box besser zu machen! Wäre heute Sonntag, wäre das mein Wort zum Sonntag.
@NXG OneShot Exakt so isses! Man nimmt freiwillig teil an der Preview und steigt aus, wenn’s nicht gefällt. Nicht mehr, nicht weniger. Amen. ?

ich hab nicht gemeckert, wollte nur wissen ob einer das prob auch hat !
ansonsten bin ich gerne im Preview PRG, und ich melde auch solche BUGs mit Screenshot oder video und auch text dazu damit der support sofort weiß welche probleme es gibt, und wie die zustande gekommen sind ! den ohne unsere hilfe wären die alle auch ein wenig aufgeschmissen, so wie Sony wollen wir doch nicht enden 😉
